Lunch. Sweet Asian chicken and brown rice. First day of cutting bread and this tastes way better than a sandwich anyway!
First day eating paleo! (Still not sure if old fashioned oats are paleo but if not then this is the one thing i wont give up in the morning! Lol)
So i decided im going to give up bread(or limit it is a better way to put it) im so used to having sandwiches for lunch because its just fast and easy to make but instead im going to star having brown rice and chicken for lunch. My sister gave up bread and ended up losing 2 pounds so i just want to try it out and see how it works out! :)
