So, I’m just about to reach the 2 year mark on my #weightlossjourney that I started mid August 2012. Despite my mostly “ups” and occasional “downs”, I’ve still managed to maintain my size for the most part. Even getting married didn’t shake my habits (honeymoon didn’t count! Lol!). As I always tell people, focus on getting the diet aspect down! And by “diet”, I don’t mean starving yourself or only eating cabbage soup for the next 10 months. I mean… working on a sustainable, healthy diet that you can actually LIVE with. Personally, I followed my uncle’s book @thepowerofyourmetabolism , which helped set the foundation of my current lifestyle. Once you’ve got that one figured out, the rest is easy. The right lifestyle will not only help you lose weight, but will help reduce your cravings, give you more energy to exercise and even make you a happier person. If not, you need to reevaluate what you’re doing and WHY you’re doing it. This should be a positive journey, not a negative one!

Part of weightloss and living a healthy life is trial and error, falling off track and learning to find your way back. I fell off track for a while but deeply missed working out and have weight i need to lose again. Its been hard to accept ive gained weight back but im very determined to lose it again and learn from it.
This time im doing low carb again and limiting bread. I’ll only eat bread every once in a while like sweets. That seems to be the best thing that works for me! Ive already finished day 2 of clean eating and doing my new workout piyo! Im excited to see where I’ll be at the end of the 60 days !
Like ones similar to sharee’s zumba workouts she had on youtube? I really miss those workouts! :(
