I know she had to take them down, But it totally sucks!! I loved those workouts so much, especially the last one she posted. It always put me in a good mood.
So I am pretty excited that my mfp macro goals have been pretty much dead on for 2 weeks straight! My main goal is keeping carbs at or under 40% which I have been doing! I just try to pick high protein snacks and naturally it just helps lower my carb intake. keeping my carbs on track has always been the hardest, so glad im getting it under control!
Incase youre wondering i use the 40/30/30 guide. 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fats.
And also I am seeing AWESOME results already! Only been 2 1/2 weeks! Just goes to show, nutrition really does play a huge role in weightloss and how great your results will be!
Hello Tumblr and the Fitblr community. I realize its been a while since I have posted. I admit I have fallten off track previously. There was a period of time I was working out and not eating healthy at all. I’ve been going through alot of issues in my life right now and i simply fell off track for a while.
However, I am back! I am currently on week 3 of Les mills Combat and eating very clean and already seeing some results.
This time around I have different goals, And a different attitude. (a more positive one!) as the summer is quickly aproaching I have more motivation. And I may not get the results I want by this summer but progress is progress! My ultimate goal is to be comfortable in shorts. Right now I am just focusing on fitting back into my Hollister jeans! Lets do this!!!
