Hello Tumblr and the Fitblr community. I realize its been a while since I have posted. I admit I have fallten off track previously. There was a period of time I was working out and not eating healthy at all. I’ve been going through alot of issues in my life right now and i simply fell off track for a while.
However, I am back! I am currently on week 3 of Les mills Combat and eating very clean and already seeing some results.
This time around I have different goals, And a different attitude. (a more positive one!) as the summer is quickly aproaching I have more motivation. And I may not get the results I want by this summer but progress is progress! My ultimate goal is to be comfortable in shorts. Right now I am just focusing on fitting back into my Hollister jeans! Lets do this!!!
AHH you guys i am SO excited to announce that I have lost 3 pounds!! This is why I absolutely LOVE the les mills combat jumpstart metabolism food guide. its the only thing that can break me out of my plateaus. Lots of water and lots of real whole foods. I feel very full and satisfied and not restricted and the workouts are fun. AH i am just so excited!! haha its been super hard breaking that plateau and seeing results again. finally have my motivation and self discipline back. :)
Make sure you try to buy only healthy stuff! If you’re got crappy food in the house, you’re guaranteed to it eat! And always shop on a full stomach after a nice healthy meal which you ate while checking out healthy food recipes and getting inspired ^_^
I decided to go back to les mills combat. I got my best results doing this last year and although its so hard for me to get through the whole 60 days without cheating on my diet/ skipping workouts occasionally. I am going to do my very best the next 60 days! It felt AMAZING to get compliments on my new weight and i wanna keep it up and get those same results. Doing the 7day quick start diet plan it comes with too to jumpstart my metabolism. yay im excited! :D
